Executive Director of Engagement

ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT AND ANNUAL GIVING

The Executive Director of Engagement is a member of the leadership team for the Office of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving and reports directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor. The Executive Director is charged with supporting the integration of engagement activities that lead and support the development of philanthropy toward NC State University. They will provide oversight of strategic engagement, a robust volunteer program, collaborating with colleges and units across the university, and programmatic activities for NC State alumni and friends. Engagement will occur across multiple platforms, utilizing a digital-first approach to reach diverse constituencies and to keep affinity strong.

Affinity Engagement Manager

ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT AND ANNUAL GIVING

The Affinity Engagement Manager will report to the Director of Volunteer Engagement and serve as a member of the Alumni Engagement & Annual Giving (AEAG) team. They are responsible for the engagement of and communication with NC State University constituents to include but not limited to alumni and friends. The Engagement Manager leads the planning, management, marketing, implementation and measuring of programming and projects for their assigned constituency. Programming will involve an integrated approach based on best practices and include strategies that foster a sense of community and encourage meaningful participation through dialogue, volunteerism, and philanthropy with the ultimate goal of increasing overall participation and giving among the NC State community. The Engagement Manager serves as a front-line professional managing a portfolio of assigned constituencies to strategically advance the mission and goals of the department.

Regional Engagement Manager
